Dr. Whitley Grant-Goodman is a licensed
therapist, speaker, and organizational wellness
consultant with over 10 years of experience in
mental health and human performance.
Her doctoral research on burnout and belonging among high-achieving professionals forms the foundation of her work, giving organizations a research-backed, clinically informed approach to improving employee well-being, retention, and workplace culture. This gives organizations a research-backed, clinically informed approach that most wellness training simply doesn’t have.
